Operations team lead engineer for fault and performance management tools for the largest US wireless voice and data network. Transformed several silos (Data network, Voice network, SMS, etc.) into a single fault management system to improve time to repair and bring efficiency to operations. Lead the design, implementation, testing, and operation of the largest Netcool deployment and then presented that work world wide at user conferences.

Developer on CLEO III, a visualization application for high energy physics used to trace the interaction of subatomic particles produced at Cornell particle accelerator and CERN Large Hadron Collider. Collaborated with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) to port DEC’s compilers to Linux.

Quality Assurance technician responsible for automating processes. Developed software and procedures to automate tests of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Streamlined analysis of fluorocarbons using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) by writing a step by step guide.
