• Provide long range tactical plan (4-18 months out) across Kellogg’s top kid ready to eat cereal brands • Develop monthly budget for select plants related to overall capacity available, volume by period, along with identifying outsourcing of production needed during constrained timeframes • Lead supply planning review with leadership monthly providing a full recap on the updated tactical plan calling out key change’s vs prior month • Management of new item launches along with identification of sourcing on those items• Inventory target setting by brand• Close collaboration with production facilities leading monthly review of calendar (run days available) along with rate (processing) changes.

• Provide a strategic supply plan over a short and long term planning horizon on what, when and where to produce over 150 separate sku's while ensuring targeted days of supply are met. • Manage the production plan's for new product innovations by driving key collaboration within areas such as R&D, operations, transportation, marketing/sales and procurement which drive incremental sales • Integrated Business Planning- support a monthly supply review & assumptions process by providing a full recap on short/long term supply focusing on potential capacity constraints across multi- million dollar equities• Manage & drive alignment during the weekly S&OE meeting for three of Kellogg's top ready to eat cereal kid brands• Establish safety stock and WOS targets, monitor case fill performance and other KPI's through a Tableau reporting dashboard• Monitor age risk and work closely with sales to deplete excess inventory.• Manage two separate 3PL warehouses that support distribution across the country while also being the SPOC for Kellogg's largest cereal plant within the United States

• Weekly management of demand forecast within both a short and long term planning horizon across all retail/club customers• Run monthly budget review process with Marketing to align future forecast with budget objectives, marketing/innovation plans and recent trends• Effectively leverage APO, CRM, BW Reporting, and POS data to develop a shipment based forecast • Work closely with the logistics innovation team to ensure anticipated volume and DC splits are reflected correctly within the forecast for both customer specific and national events• Strong negotiation skills used to influence Sales, Marketing and Executive Level Professionals on forecast changes that will deviate from budget goals but align closer to recent item run rates

• Sales forecast management for Kellogg's top customer • Monthly collaboration with sales team to align IBP (integrated business plan) with future demand forecast • Provide visibility to upcoming Wal*Mart initiatives which drive production planning.• Ensure forecasts are split correctly to Kellogg distribution centers servicing the Wal*Mart network• Manage demand plan and shaping for new Wal*Mart special packs/ Kellogg innovation
