Dan was responsible for implementing a Greenfield Network Infrastructure project through NBN's leased Multiplexer's (DWDM) and Layer 1 Muxponders (MXP). These isolated QSPF+ uplinks are coupled into the Metro SONET/SDH-based Optical Network between two main capital cities. Through utilising Multi-homed BGP announcements and Policy Based Forwarding (PBF) for the hot and cold potato routes, Dan was able to successfully increase bandwidth to unprecedented levels within Australia over multiple leased lines. Integrated into a /24 DMZ both Network and Server 1+1 Redundancy with High Availability and IPFailover in order to prevent any Single Point of Failure for PCI-DSS Compliancy under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the contractor. Dan was responsible for developing several 3D Playstation games using SOFTIMAGE and Alias Wavefront. The potentiometers were completed using the Playstation Games debugging module. Commissioned together with the SFX Supervisor for Terminator 2 under an International Trade Relations Agreement with the Malaysian Government.
