As a Product Owner, I manage the Product Backlog and Sprints of Madre Tierra App, a platform developed for Danone and funded by the Danone Ecosystem. This platform is making a significant impact in transforming strawberry, corn, and potato producers in the Bajio and Western regions of Mexico towards a regenerative agriculture model and efficient water use.Madre Tierra App, developed using Javascript with React Native and PHP for the backend, enables producers to centralize and optimize their operations, achieving a 39% reduction in water usage and a 57% decrease in fertilization costs, as per the results of the Lab de Labs program.The underlying technology of Madre Tierra App includes a mobile application connected to Pessl instrument API to connect to its climate stations, which, through algorithms, provides our producers with precise recommendations for irrigation management and agronomic practices. This empowers them to make informed decisions about when and how to carry out their activities in the field.Furthermore, our web console provides agronomists with the necessary tools to monitor and supervise the progress of producer activities and visualize dashboards that drive strategic decision-making."

I participated in the development of Tecnoleche, a centralized data system created for Danone Mexico and funded by the Inter-American Development Bank. This system benefits over 500 milk-producing families in the regions of Jalisco, Aguascalientes, and Zacatecas.My primary role in this project was to lead the adoption of Tecnoleche among the producers, many of whom had no prior experience with technology. Additionally, the tool provides automatic recommendations for livestock reproductive activity.To enable the utilization of Tecnoleche, we used Microsoft Dynamics as a customized ERP system, allowing us to centralize the information base and facilitate end-to-end data traceability, represented in a flowchart at the plant. I also played a crucial role in creating operational manuals for the involved stakeholders and maintenance protocols for the internal team.

I coordinated "Mi Asesor Tecnológico" a research program together with the World Bank that hasbenefited 1200 SMEs in Jalisco. With 53 trainers we trained in technology and marketing to growtheir sales by 30% in their first months. My role started from strategic planning, creating institutionalalliances, training trainers and registering business to the program.

I coordinated the contents, I created the strategic alliances, I delegated responsibilities to the Talent Education, Woman and Experiences verticals for Talent Land 2019 with the assistance of 62,793 people. Achievements: x5 Assistant public Talent Experiences (26,197), x6 Generation of commercial alliances (36) with respect to 2018. Winners of Guinness as the largest AI class in the world.

I set up the databases of the Supplies Division of Latin America and USA to identify opportunities for sales areas and tracking accounts. I querys to optimize warehouse company to extract local resources which together with the planning area take business decisions.

I designed a process to improve the relationship with the customer of CondoVive (Software as a Service of condominium management in 4 essential points), thus exceeding the barrier of 200 clients in Mexico and LATAM, the highest since its foundation in the 2012.

I implemented an entrepreneurship model together with the "Prospera" program, which benefited more than 150 young people with economic resources for the start-up of economic units. My participation started from management, mentoring and evaluation projects.
