Lead It Analyst - Electric & Support Services Applications (Essa)
CurrentExelon transitioned application support to a select group of key partners - Infosys, Accenture, and Tata Consultancy Services. This transition program is called Exelon's Strategic Partner Program (SPP). The Electric & Support Services group that I am a member of is partnered with Infosys. The duties of my position are to coordinate Infosys's support efforts and provide second level support for numerous applications. I induct new applications into the Exelon environment via the Architecture Engagement Form (AEF) process. I learned the Tap Root methodology and software in order to conduct an Apparent Cause Evaluation (ACE). I produced a thorough root cause analysis and report detailing the causal factors as well as numerous corrective actions to prevent a repeat incident. The report was accepted, all corrective actions were implemented and to date there have been no repeat incidents of this nature. More recently I have been using PowerBI to produce descriptive statistics and conduct analyses on our various work request tickets.
