● Implement and ensure the compliance with the European HSE policies. ● Develop and maintain policies, programs and health and safety procedures.● Manage sustainability and environmental legal requirements. ● Develop and monitor HSE objectives and performance indicators (KPI's). ● Use Lean tools to HSE management and problem solving (5's, 5W, root cause analysis, etc.). ● Lead and develop preventive safety observations (® DuPont STOP program). ● Manage the development, revision and delivery of safety training sessions. ● Lead and conduct risk assessments of new projects. ● Participate by providing expertise on incident investigation with other managers. ● Manage the incident reporting system (RAR). ● Lead Safety Committee meetings. ● Manage the annual budget prioritizing and identifying savings.

Responsible for the HSE management of the civil work with a budget of 34,468,268.20 €, being accountable 2% of the overall budget and managing the day to day activities of three direct reports.
