Manager, Project Management
Current• Lead team of 3 Producers across different departments and work locations. 2 CGI Producers and 1 Retouching Producer • Collaborate with Brand partners, Program Managers, Creative Directors, Engineering, 3D Artists, Photographers, Retouchers, Motion Artists, Editorial, and Vendors to create content for e-commerce, social media and traditional advertising • Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work• Manage project budgets for CGI across 6 different Brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Work closely with the finance department to track expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines• Work with multiple Brand Managers, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, JennAir, and Gladiator balancing different requirements and budgets• Create process for CGI and retouching teams and collaborate with Operations to develop organizational processes• Work with Data Asset Manager to develop asset management tools and processes
