I currently posses over 40 years of experience on 5000+ multi-family residential units managing projects from $100,000 to $52 M. I also possess experiences in contracting with modular / mobile construction, land and infrastructure development, multi-family project re-hab, historical remodel, student housing, and light commercial renovations/additions. On all of these projects I strove to reduce risk and liabilities in all facets. My field and managerial experiences are also utilized in the realms of safety program administration and mentoring younger associates, contract negotiating, contract development, RFI and submittal processes and liability assessments. My experience was obtained in the field both in trades as well as managing from the office and in the classroom. With this combination, I am very capable of relating to tradesmen, owners/developers, design professionals and inter office associates on all assigned projects. Having built large projects in 5 different states and climatic zones I have a wealth of knowledge of various construction techniques energy efficiency/Green Build methods and problem solving experiences to apply to projects assigned to me.
