A licensed real estate managing broker and instructor, Mr. Sarrett has developed online real estate programs and taught classroom and online classes for several Illinois colleges and universities. He has over 35 years of online and classroom education and training experience within the real estate industry.He was president of the Sarrett Group Inc. (www.sarrettgroup.com), a holding company for online real estate and appraisal-related schools for collegiate online courses and development services. He is the author of The Complete Guide to Careers in Real Estate, an Amazon title. Unlike other books on real estate careers, this is the most comprehensive guide, with 24 chapters covering all the residential and commercial sale and leasing sectors, asset classes, property management, development, and hundreds of other unique real estate niches and career opportunities.He was the former president of Chicago-based Real Estate Education Company and vice president of marketing for Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) that offers the CCIM, CRS, and CRB designations.
