As a teaching assistant I hold weekly tutorials, record attendance, create and grade quizzes on economic applications. I used common language and would vary content, style and form to convey complex or technical concepts for diverse student audiences using my exceptional communication skills. Interacted with students, reading body language and holding their attention. Used interpersonal skills to take steps to ensure comprehension of critical concepts was established among all students. Evaluated student work with precise attention to detail using criteria established by the supervising faculty. I created engaging PowerPoint presentations to orchestrate course review lectures in a lively manner to audiences exceeding 400 students.

I joined Statistics Canada in the Retail Trade Division on January 18th 2016 to begin my co-op experience. As an economics student I was finally able to put my education to work. I received valuable training for government programs, as well I received extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.Statistics Canada was an amazing opportunity for me, I am ever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with multiple teams on numerous projects with the Federal Government.

At Fossil I started as a part time sales associate and through hard work and dedication I became the Product Expert of our store. My leadership skills led to a management position as a Supervisor (Key Holder). I left this job in December of 2015 for a co-op position as a part of my Economics degree.
