I manage engagement and social license for the Hydrogen Jobs Plan and the Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub (~$4.5bn capex). These State Government projects are scheduled for construction in the Upper Spencer Gulf of South Australia commencing late 2024. I work with over 50 unique organisations from multiple sectors in Whyalla and around the Upper Spencer Gulf region to establish the license to operate through: *Community knowledge and support*Environmental approvals *Local industry participation *local employment*Integrated governance with councils and RDAs*Working relationships with Aboriginal communities, unions, and industry, ratepayer, and community groups.

Stakeholder engagement and communications manager for ~$5bn capex Northern Water desalination water infrastructure project on the Eyre Peninsula. During my brief time at Northern Water I:*Drafted the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Plan for the Options Analysis *Built the initial Northern Water website, including drafting of the final copy and visual lay out.*Established the Sustainable Development Forum (SDF) to support environmental approvals.

Design and development of the Public Policy Innovation Lab, leading cross-sector engagement in the planning and delivery of complex programs, focusing primarily on infrastructure and regional development.

Designer and manager of a nation-leading program to deliver the State Government’s program of over 100 90-Day Projects, aimed at driving significant impacts to communities across South Australia. Issues included infrastructure, mining supply chain development, Aboriginal justice and economic development, community and regional development, industry development, public health, education, child protection, and homelessness. Program delivery included design of the public sector’s Change Management Toolkit, and implementation of the Public Sector Values in sub-legislation (Code of Ethics for the SA Public Sector).

Senior Project Officer in the key reform office for the South Australian Public Sector. This included project managing the design, development and implementation of the High Performance Framework across all government departments. The HPF was a holistic quality assessment and reporting tool for public sector organisations.
