I have over 40 years experience in Healthcare, including helping grow five companies in sales, product development, distribution, manufacturing, and healthcare service. As the first employee for Span America Medical Systems I designed the Geo-Matt, the abduction supports, and many other products. With a small sales force we grew the product line that is still used in many hospitals and skilled care centers today. In 2018 I retired from MedQuest Associates after serving as Chief Operating Officer for 20 years. During that time we grew the company from four centers to 107 free standing diagnostic centers.We built or acquired centers in 13 states. All the centers succeeded in both volume and financial goals. MedQuest was one of the largest providers of outpatient diagnostic imaging in the US. For the last seven years I consulted with healthcare service organizations and private equity firms, helping them understand the opportunities and challenges of the diagnostic imaging market. Sharing how to identify a potential market, how to understand the potential, and how to build a sustainable business. Today I have joined First Pro Inc recruiting. My purpose is to help meet one of the greatest challenges facing the healthcare industry today- locating highly qualified healthcare professionals who meet the technical, cultural, and experience to support growth and opportunity.
