Manage the Bank's 3rd party Credit Card, Merchant Services and Payroll vendors. Responsible for marketing initiatives, new product roll out, reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc), and training. Position requires working with many bank departments, including Marketing, Compliance, Retail Banking Group, Commercial Lending and Wealth Management.Acted as subject matter expert within Client Contact Center for roll out of new phone system. Financial Analyst responsible for the installation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's Customer Profitability Software. Also Managed and Completed a Unit Cost Study to be used in conjunction with Profitability System.Assisted in the annual budgeting process, including the creation of historical trend and variance reports, gathering of department and centralized GL budgets, data import & analysis, and final report creation.Additional duties within the Finance/Accounting department included creation of Daily Liquidity Report, Weekly Deposit Rate Meeting Analysis and Reporting, and Monthly Profitability Reporting.

As a new hire, underwent an extensive bank wide training program, spending time in each bank department to familiarize myself with the organization and key managers.Post-Orientation I worked as a Project Manager, assisting with the Bank’s Call Center transformation. Tasks included implementation of initiatives aimed at improving customer service, including management of daily service levels and creation of daily management reports. Additionally responsible for creating monthly board reports, and the design and implementation of an annual fee waiver process for Home Equity Lines of Credit.
