Using analytical skills and a strategic eye coupled with a transformational leadership style, I brought triple digit growth to nearly all KPIs associated with the businesses and programs under my leadership throughout my career. Several of these successes include:- Lead small business to 400% growth in annual revenue to over $1 million in just 4 years- Directed expansion from 5,000 sq. ft. to 22,000 sq. ft. facility and developed new operations and process optimization plan to achieve 100% increase in production output - Managed 230% growth in annual budget for non-profit programs which resulted in at least 100% increase in 4 out of 5 key performance indicators- Created partnership program with large grant-giving financial institution to offer $430,000 in grants in the first year, resulting in the top producing partnership of the 100 partners for the financial institution - Exceeded expansion goals for education program which resulted in a projected revenue increase of $70,000 over the previous yearOutside of the office, I enjoy remaining physically fit by participating in various sports activities. As a former intercollegiate rower, I particularly love rowing and being on the water in any sport that gets me in a boat. To help expand and exercise my creative side, I recently took up photography and have continued to dabble with playing the guitar. However, Ansel Adams and Jimi Hendrix I am not!
