Collaboratewith stakeholders and developers to fill in gaps where information wassparse or missing.▪ Software validation including the creation of test scripts,installation/operational qualification documents, and traceabilitymatrices.▪ Support development and testing teams in verifying the accuracy ofthe work being done as compared to the client and writtenexpectations▪ Track and manage inter/intradepartmental dependencies.▪ Implemented a prioritized product wish lists and a roadmap ofincremental improvements.▪ Data wrangling. Creation of custom metrics and analytics reportingoften working with the import, export, merging, and linking of datasets.▪ Support Directors and IS Program Manager to load balance projectswith the right resources.▪ Actively communicate project statuses with team members to assuretimely deliverables that exceed client expectations.▪ Organize system and feature deployments.
