This was for my Dad after he was made redundant following cancer and a road traffic accident! We had always kept a part time round between us since my younger years where it was my 'Saturday' job!

Having always helped with anyone i know business wise over the years it seemed the right 'move' to make to do it more officially and i'm very proud to have been asked to do so. Helped out at my local Tesco where I started my career during COVID-19. This included a variety of roles from helping implement a social distancing policy for in/out the store to ensuring the cleanliness of the store was up kept along with general store duties. Following 6 weeks at my local Express store I transferred to Tesco Superstore to help out the Dotcom department which involved night shifts starting at 4AM & a variety of roles from Personal Shopper to volunteering to deliver orders to the vulnerable.

I have been contracted for marketing services for a range of independent business. My work has ranged from identifying and setting up social media accounts, ongoing content management to consultancy.This has been carried out on an ad hoc basis and has included my employers.Clients have ranged from assisting individual sole trader to companies with 50+ staff. Coordinated all event planning, marketing, team management and delivery of events for audiences up to 25,000 people.Assisted a range of colleagues to help them perform their duties effectively, including marketing, account management and on-air presenters.Often required to present on stage in front of a live audience, usually without a script. This required a great deal of confidence and the ability to think quickly in order to present the right image and a consistent message.Played a key role in rebranding existing radio stations across the group to help them reach new audiences and compete effectively with other regional and national stations.

Estate Agent / Office ManagerInitially worked in probate and conveyancing for a busy solicitors practice before moving into an active sales role, responsible for the sale of property belonging to deceased clients through an in-house property shop.Subsequently played a key role in establishing a new Estate Agency office, working with a wider range of clients to facilitate the buying and selling of residential properties.Managed all negotiations with vendors and buyers as well as marketing of properties to potential customers, utilising a range of traditional advertising and social media channels.Also took over management of the office during the recession, helping to keep the business profitable during a difficult period. Managed three staff (including one working remotely), helping them to perform their duties effectively and meet competitive targets.Achievements:Introduced a series of new marketing techniques to modernise the company's marketing strategy. This included the implementation of 'textboard' marketing.
