Smart Business Analyst• Responsible for the aid in roll out of phase one and two for the TOU tariff, from point of sale through to tariff applied• Managed the daily data alignment process for smart support and TOU customers, which reduced compensation costs to the business and improved the customer in life journey and experience• Business readiness for the Commercial team for phase two TOU tariff roll out, process maps, compensation routes, working guidelines and risk.• Exception reporting and route cause analysis for TOU customers and process improvement and recommendations.• Managed the roll off of phase one TOU customers, risk, customer journey and churn. Completed the roll off strategy which will aid in future propositions.

• Responsible for a team of 8 advocates, driving the closure rates of the departments stage one and stage one dissatisfied processes• Managing the meter exchange process for smart meters• Communicating updates to processes and changes in the ways of working with the managers in smart homes, CCM’s and the business analysts and Leeds Canal Street.• Spent two weeks rolling out smart meters to another site in Cardiff, which involved up skilling csa’s, advocates, and experts to the changes in the role and linking in with CCM’s on that site.• Manage the crossed meter process with a team of two I created, making sure the process is delivering to set timescales and achieving a positive NPS.• Dealing with all complex systems issues on Siebel, Sap, AWB that get allocated to the advocates in smart customer service.• Having a direct relationship with FLS Smart support, keeping up to date with there process changes and making sure this is communicated to all levels within smart.• Regular tele conferences with Cardiff site to maintain the relationship and ways of working on a weekly basis.• Skilling new advocates that join smart and making sure the training packages are updated with process changes.• Weekly analysis of process data, making sure all advocates are working the same to drive towards monthly targets set out for compliance and closure rate.
