As a Senior Project Manager on Epic's Resolute Hospital Billing application, I managed a comprehensive project plan and oversaw the application’s implementation at hospital sites throughout the United States, including at large, multi-state hospital systems and several high-profile academic medical centers. I managed Application Coordinators in the execution of their duties while also meeting regularly with clients' financial leadership to advise on industry best practices within the hospital billing revenue cycle. Typical engagements lasted 12-24 months, and I led up to three projects at a time. Called upon as one of the more experienced implementers for Epic's revenue cycle solutions, I enjoyed the opportunity to support dozens of additional Epic clients through temporary engagements for on-site go-live support. This entailed analyzing daily reports and identifying root causes, resolving complex revenue cycle bottlenecks, and making recommendations to client leadership regarding priority and next steps to resolve issues. As a member of the Hospital Billing team's Post-live Success Group, I routinely visited live customers to meet with leadership regarding their product happiness, and to find new ways for them to manage the system more efficiently. I was also responsible for tracking customers’ satisfaction in order to maintain strong client relationships.
