Dan Sheldon was chief financial officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions from 2007 to early 2014. Traded on the NYSE (BR), Broadridge is a $4 billion global provider of technology, communications, and operations outsourcing solutions to financial services firms and corporations. Dan played a key role on the leadership team that spun the Company out of ADP in 2007 and grew stock value 90% over seven years. Over the course of his career, Dan worked with the management team on over 40 mergers and acquisitions and was actively involved in sales and executive compensation. As Broadridge’s first CFO, Dan established the Company’s credibility and reputation for transparency with Wall Street analysts, investors, credit rating agencies, bankers, and accounting firms. In 2009 Dan co-founded the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management program, which he co-chaired with the chief operating officer. Throughout his career Dan has been a champion of employee engagement, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He also founded Broadridge’s LGBT(A) associate network and served as its co-chair for three years. He is a volunteer for Actors Theatre Workshop where he serves as the Corporate Outreach Coordinator as well as activities in SAGEUSA.
