With over 19 years of experience as the Director of Operations at PakTech, I lead the operational management of multiple plastic injection molding manufacturing sites and equipment manufacturing business units. PakTech is a leading provider of packaging solutions for the food and beverage industry, serving customers across the US and internationally.My core competencies include plastics, operations management, organizational leadership, manufacturing, and injection molding. I have successfully led the expansion of our facilities, the implementation of strategic plans for growth, and the coordination of public policy initiatives. I have also mentored and guided other team members, and contributed to the development of innovative solutions and best practices. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
