Project Manager
• Project Management: Owns the scope, timeline, and budget of 15-25 concurrent customer-facing projects in an enterprise SaaS environment. Manages detailed project plans, issue lists, and other supporting documents throughout the project to achieve and exceed client expectations and project milestones. Leads customer project kickoff calls, team introductions, defines project cadence, and develops ongoing customer communication plans. Facilitates customer status calls, workshops, and planning meetings, as well as project discovery sessions with all client business representatives and Wurk project team members. Communicates and publishes project status to the client and project team.• Engagement Management: Builds strong relationships and high customer satisfaction via quality verbal and written communication across clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Operates effectively by managing internal and external expectations, using judgment and experience to balance business objectives with client goals. Spends time understanding clients’ objectives and delivers programs that support their goals. Liaisons with Wurk and customer team members to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner. Creatively problem solves when difficult situations arise and collaborates with clients and internal team members resolve delivery challenges.• Operations Management: Schedules and coordinates all project resources and activities. Analyzes critical path of projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved. Prepares assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria. Identifies and assesses project risks, develops risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Maximizes customer value as well as Wurk revenue by designing outstanding client experiences and achieving critical project success factors.
