New US business unit roll out of existing EU SAP environment

Responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of OTC for a new company acquisition to be implemented in their existing SAP environment.

Responsible for configuration and knowledge transfer of all aspect of the Mexico plant rollout. This included direct sales, Inter Company Stock Transfers and Inter Company Direct Ship orders.

My time at this client has involved various roles on a number of different projects. First, providing on-going production support and troubleshooting expertise. This included providing evaluation and solutions to a number of issues mainly in the shipping and ATP areas. Second, design and implementation of 2 Mexico plant rollouts in a maquiladora environment. Third, rollout of the final US plant. Forth, design & implementation of a 2 way interface between SAP and AFS/MEI to manage trade promotions. Fifth, design & Implementation of a 2 way interface between SAP and Lean Logistics for Transportation Management. The sixth project was the implementation of a pack center inside of the largest distribution center. The seventh project I was Project lead on to implement/convert over 2,000 materials to batch managed.

China rollout implementations

This project was the North America implementation of Morton Salt. My role was to provide architectural design oversight and guidance based on my US implementation experience.

SAP Roll-out implementations for China and Poland operations along with Optimization of Global instance.

Joined the pricing team for their global "Blue Harmony" project to consolidated all of IBM on to one platform

Proposed solutions to redesign their XSI setup along with implementing a new XSI carrier. Also, designed a solution to allow them to implement a consolidated freight program for select customers in order to receive free freight

Joined the SAP team as a Sales Pricing and Allocations SME. This project gave me the experience to take on a new career in SAP consulting.

Began in the Sales Department directing sales calls in a very high paced sales environment. Promoted to Order entry in just 5 mos. Later promoted to Product Allocations in just 5 mos. After 6 mos. I was promoted again to Sales rep. with a $1.5 million quota. After continually exceeding Quota I was promoted to Sales Mgr. This took me onto a new direction where I was asked to join the new system development project because of my skills in various positions within the company.
