Dan is a senior leader in talent currently focused on learning, development, and executive coaching. He applies business and leadership experience to design, implement, and evolve global talent strategies that empower people and organizations to become better versions of themselves. Dan started his career in management consulting focused on organization transformation and talent strategy. He later joined the financial services industry where he held roles in corporate strategy, general management, learning, talent, leadership development, and executive coaching. Dan earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management where he majored in Strategy and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University.
