As a National/Regional Sales Manager in Flow Cytometry, I oversaw the sales strategy, operations, and performance of a team of sales professionals across Canada and the US, delivering consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction. I also partnered with key stakeholders, such as marketing, service, and product development, to provide feedback, insights, and solutions that enhanced the value proposition and competitive advantage of our flow cytometry portfolio.
