Taking on advanced leadership roles in critical business analysis processes, enabling leadership to view the business in ways it never has before. Spearhead the implementation, report writing, planning and development of our SAP BPC 10.1 reporting and consolidation tool, both domestically and abroad. Volunteered to temporarily back-fill an open role in Europe headquarters, allowing the region to avoid missed time commitments in the global financial close and regional management reporting process, saving the organization $35K/month in lost productivity.  Co-led a team that implemented SAP BPC financial consolidation and reporting system in Europe SBU, replacing manual spreadsheet process, realizing $120K in annual savings through productivity and accuracy improvements.  Team leader at global headquarters in the implementation of SAP BPC Management Reporting suite of financial models. The tool enabled improved efficiencies in the budget and forecast processes, culminating in 80+ man-hour savings annually.  Automated the manual Management Reporting process at the global headquarters, resulting in 24+ man-hour savings per month, with improved timeliness and accuracy.  Authored a revised Capital Policy, adjusting the threshold of expenditures capitalized, reducing the number of capital expenditure requests by 20%, saving the company over $100K annually.
