I received my architectural license. I currently serve as a board member for York Technical Institute for curriculum development of their CAD program.Specialties: Residential design and architecture, cad, estimating BOM and costs, value engineering, residential construction, building codes, recruiting and team building, general business administration and management, problem solving, and real estate.
