Participate in setting overall direction and strategic guidance for Mosaic’s staffing department leading to quality and quantity of hires required by the company. Partner with management to ensure alignment with business needsDesign and deploy recruiting programs including, relocation program, background investigation or post-hire programs, referral bonus programs, on-boarding programs, etc. Develop overall annual strategy for college recruiting program, which includes branding and marketing collateral and messaging for student population, managing the college recruiting budget and communicating program strategies and objectives to management.
