Management: Manage 5 FT Employees; Multimedia Specialist, Coordinator of Video Productions, Coordinator of Radio Operations, Classroom Support Tech and Event Technician, as well as multiple student workers.Project Management: Manage all AV integration projects for the University. Attend all project meetings, work through project issues with GC/Construction Manager and AV integrator. Coordinate electrical/data installs for smaller projects, etc.Budget Handling: Create budget proposals, obtain quotes, purchase equipment and manage installs.Classroom Audiovisual Support/Service: Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper staffing for support of classrooms audiovisual equipment. Complete advanced tech support for complex issues or repairs. Coordinate service calls with external service provide for escalated issues. Manage our Streaming (TelVue) and Network Video (Haivision) services.Digital Signage: Manage the campus wide digital signage system (Visix). Manage users, provide training and documentation.
