• Developed strategies and processes to support the launch of innovative business ventures as well as established processes and frameworks for scaling and evaluating learning in those initiatives post-launch.• Was ultimately responsible for designing and managing training work plans, deliverables, and timelines in order for strategic projects to be successful. Built coalitions of key stakeholders to understand the beneficial outcomes of partnering with Learning and Development for these strategic projects.• Leveraged data insights and deep learning experience to flawlessly build and execute project plans for special learning initiatives, including programming for the Learning and Development team, design thinking workshops, leadership meetings, and People-team wide objectives.

• Developed online and on-ground learning strategy and programs for internal and external training. Launched and maintained a learning management system, crafted customer-facing curricula, and created over a hundred company-wide learning programs for employees ranging from presentation skills to strategic planning.• Designed, managed, and delivered a comprehensive two-day new hire orientation program on a monthly basis. Designed and ran a recurring three-day Sales New Hire Track, a recurring Manager Onboarding program, and a recurring Customer Service Bootcamp.• Researched and created documentation for new products, executed organization-wide culture initiatives, and presented at several learning conferences on learning strategy and programs.

• Managed and promoted the Massachusetts College Personnel Association (MCPA) through social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, G+, and others. Responsibilities included advertising events, distributing marketing materials, designing outreach programs, and connecting with membership.• Alongside the Marketing Coordinator and Website Coordinator, developed a comprehensive brand identity including logo use, color schemes, tone, communication models, and other guidelines.• Served as a member on the Executive Board of MCPA and assisted in planning and executing events and conferences across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for higher education professionals.

• Developed tools and tutorials to support students enrolled in online and hybrid classes. Pioneered policies, protocols, and platforms for online education and academic support. Collaborated with IT professionals to create and maintain services for a wide variety of class offerings. Designed workshops for tutors involved with online learning.• Provided weekly academic coaching for approximately forty students. Designed and ran assessment projects relating to coaching goals, maintain databases of student information and appointment notes, and created custom reports on behalf of all coaching in the learning center.• Taught two sections of an academic improvement course for at-risk students. Oversaw two graduate fellows and provided 1-1 coaching for students enrolled in the courses. Redesigned the curriculum to focus on online course competencies.

• Was responsible for over 250 upperclassmen and graduate students across two residential areas. Managed resident assistants, a hall council, and numerous programs within and beyond the residence hall. Resolved resident conflicts, enforced student conduct as primary hearing officer, and built community initiatives.• Managed and ran all RA and Professional Staff recruitment, organized RA trainings and inservices, served as liaison with Student Activities by planning/assisting campus-wide activities, created student retention/campus vibrancy initiatives, and oversaw the Residence Hall Association and a self-designed RA Mentor Program.• Served as Assessment Chair for all Residence Life assessments and evaluations. Developed comprehensive assessment throughout the department focusing on programming, student learning, and overall efficiency.

• Was responsible for and lived in a residence hall of 100 first-years, transfers, graduate, and adult education students. Managed resident assistants, a hall council, and numerous programs within and beyond the residence hall. Resolved resident conflicts, enforced student conduct, and built community initiatives.• Served as “On-Call” contact by responding to emergencies for the college residential community. Collaborated with Public Safety, mental health counselors, and paramedics based on the crises that arise. Managed and assisted in the redesign of several student life websites and social media platforms, designed and coordinated campus-wide programming, and created student retention/campus vibrancy initiatives.

• Planned and executed over 8 enrichment class cycles, ranging from music to electrical engineering. Ran monthly awards ceremonies, designed field trips, recruited and interviewed future Corps members, and conceived cultural events for over 200 middle school students.• Worked 60-80 hours a week tutoring 4th -6th grade students in math and literacy at MATCH and local underprivileged elementary schools. • Designed curricula, served as main contact between schools and parents, and managed Individual Education Programs for students.

• Humanitarian Notes is a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa by using music and creative forms of information dissemination. • Served as the Outreach Coordinator, crafting newsletters, planning events, and other forms of outreach.
