Business-side manager for the requirements collection, development, implementation, and rollout of enterprise-wide learning management system (LMS) to support all Deloitte US personnel (30,000 users). Managed 3 reports, one web developer, and project managed 3 IT personnel during the implementation and subsequent operational period. Oversaw business operations after deployment.* Co-managed 3 phased rollouts of Saba (v1.0 = eLearning only; v1.5 = classroom learning; v2.0 = additional vendors and virtual classroom). Co-authored LMS training.* Integrated 8 eLearning vendors and their content (1,500+ courses) into the initial LMS rollout. Integrations included AICC, automated data feeds, and manual processes.
