worked in the resort as a bar waiter in the beach n restaurant area where I learned and got experience of handling large groups of people since while in the beach and the pools I had to upsell and serve food and beverages upon guest call and this gave me a better and sharp understanding of how different people react on different orders if by mistake it delayed.also got a better understanding of the Micros system and guest satisfaction.
