Responsible for all product management and marketing including pricing, packaging, functional requirements and development prioritization at Medicity, a supplier of Health Information Exchange systems. Leveraged Pragmatic Marketing and Agile Development methodologies to define and release several new products for CCD exchange via IHE profiles, operational and clinical analytics, provider notifications, clinical data routing to health plans and patient/consumer engagement using HIT supplier neutral mechanisms. Lead the ONC 2014 Modular EHR Technology certification program for support of Meaningful Use Stage 1+ and Stage 2 attestation, internal to Medicity and external with clients from a strategic and deployment perspective. Responsible for merging the development teams of Medicity with the acquired Novo Grid and iNexx developers. Drove the creation of a new integrated platform across both development teams leveraging the unique capabilities of each legacy product.

Responsible for creating a team and communicating why Helios by Allscripts technology and solutions are of value and benefit to the C-suite of our clients and new business opportunities.

Responsible for defining and executing a community connectivity strategy including interoperability for automated and non-automated providers. In addition I manage the government initiatives program which includes ARRA-HITECH, CCHIT certification, the ICD-10 roadmap and Canada Health Infoway compliance

Design, implement and support interoperability and health information exchange strategies for care providers (hospitals, integrated delivery systems, physician groups) and communities (Mississippi, Jacksonville FL, Tennessee, Alabama) in the US and in global settings (Asia-Pacific, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom). Active participation with healthcare interoperability organizations including: HL7, IHE, ASTM and EHRVA. Panel member of US Health and Human Services contracted Health Information Standardization Panel (HITSP) and serves on the Care Delivery Technical Committee and the CCHIT-HITSP joint workgroup.

Lead product management for PC-Mode, the capability to run IBM PC software inside a patient monitoring device, and PC Chartmaster, an electronic system for clinical charting in the critical care areas of a hospital.

Developed new bio-medical support programs in conjunction with critical care services, for Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation in infant, Cardiac Output monitoring and the creation of Hemo-dynamic profiles for critical care patients.
