Work directly with business and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop the best IT solution for the client’s needs within the allotted timeframe. Created two and three-dimensional engineering models on AutoCAD and Google Sketchup. Wrote maintenance manual to be translated into Spanish for local use.
