• Annual maintenance of CH-47 Rotor Blades.• Repair on CH-47 Rotor Blades at a 3rd line depth.• Repair programme design working alongside Boeing Design Team from Philadelphia.• Wet lay and pre-pregnated qualified in fiberglass, carbon-fibre and Kevlar fibre materials.• Repair of associated fibre-glass components from CH-47 airframes.• Weigh and balance of Rotor Blades post repair.
