Since January 2013 I have been self employed as a physical therapist and personal trainer, following several years serving as supervisor of the rehabilitation department at International Center for the Disabled for several years, a position which combined clinical treatment and supervisory duties. I currently split my time between NYU Langone Hospital for Joint Disease, Center for Musculoskeletal Care, and Outreach Physical Therapy, as well as seeing patients privately.I am a regular lecturer at Cornell Medical College for 1st year medical students.I have given presentations at HSS on a variety of topics related to rehabilitation and wellness.Clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from NYU Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from SUNY PurchaseCertified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Clinical Instructor by the APTASpecialties: As a personal trainer I work with clients to guide, teach and motivate them to exceed their own goals -- weight loss, muscle mass, strength, sport performance, or general conditioning.My clients range all ages, body types, fitness levels and exercise experience, from first-time gym users to experienced triathletes and everyone in between.As a physical therapist, I work with patients following orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacement or reconstruction, sports injuries and more.
