I recently jumped from pre-sales to post-sales, in a new role at Grafana Labs called Customer Solutions Engineer. In this role, I work with 5 of our largest customers on overall technical health and platform adoption. I identify and implement work streams that have mutual benefit for the customer and for Grafana.I also work to improve and refine cross-team partnering within my accounts, including the relationships between my role, CSM, SE, PS, Sales, and others.Prior to this recent shift, In my 10+ years in Sales Engineering, I consistently drove forward opportunities from the technical end, ranging from small opps to 7-figure deals.Between working with AEs to close their opps, I accelerated the learning of many SEs and SCs through direct mentoring, whether by management request or simply when asked for a hand. I love helping others get faster up the learning curve - everybody wins.On top of that, I have consistently contributed heavily to internal technical blogging. On many occasions I have received thanks from SEs and SCs worldwide, for helping them ramp quickly up on a topic that might otherwise have taken them days/weeks on their own to learn.
