Head Track & Field Coach
I took over as the head coach in 2009 after five seasons as an assistant coach. Since 2009, I have coached 18 State qualifiers, seeing seven of them reach the podium with finishes as high as second place. I coached our boys and girls to victory in the 2023 Metro Classic Conference championship meet, as well as in our Division 2 WIAA Regional meet. I also coached the girls team to the 2013 Metro Classic Conference championship. More than a dozen school records have been broken during my tenure as head coach. We do not have a track on which to practice, so I have had to get creative to provide my athletes the experience necessary to improve as individuals and as a team.In today's age, being a head coach involves not only managing the team and coaching staff, but also fundraising for the team for present and future needs. We have raised funds for multiple sets of new uniforms, as well as necessary equipment and upgrades to our practice runway for both pole vault and the horizontal jumps.
Alumni Director & Events Coordinator
This role has taken many of my past roles at St. Thomas More and expanded them. I coordinate our biggest fundraising event of the year - the annual Dinner Auction. I have led this event as it has grown from 275 guests (2016) to 440 guests (2019) and from grossing just over $100,000 to grossing over $180,000. As the point person for this event, I work with several volunteer committees that assist with many different aspects of the event. I do solicitation for items, sponsorship and advertisements. I coordinate all of the details of the event with our event production company and caterer. I handle the seating chart for all guests and volunteer assignments for the night of the event. I train students in how to put their best foot forward at the event in front of our supporters. I also serve as the school's Alumni Director, so I work with our alumni in lots of different ways. I help to plan and coordinate class reunions, and I organize many events throughout the year, including a yearly Sheepshead tournament, various award ceremonies, happy hours, a 5K run, golf outing, and others. Each fall since 2016, I have coordinated the two-day Open House event for the school, which is our biggest recruiting event of the year. I coordinated and assigned volunteers, worked with faculty to figure out how to best let their department shine, and I trained students on how to give tours of the building and interact with prospective families.
Admissions & Athletics Assistant
I visited local grade schools and middle schools to present to students about St. Thomas More High School. I trained current high school students to assist in that presentation as part of our Ambassador program. I designed and created promotional materials such as flyers, postcards and brochures to send to prospective families. I worked with incoming families and students to make sure that they feel as comfortable as possible as they enter high school at STM.I also assisted in the athletic department with events and fund raising opportunities. I served as game manager during the fall and winter sports seasons. In January of 2015, I took on the task of organizing and coordinating the 2015 STM Dinner Auction. This role in the past had been shared among Development staff, but I handled the responsibilities myself due to a staff shortage. The event was held on April 25, 2015 and grossed $185,000 for STM. After expenses, the event netted $139,000, which is nearly $50,000 more than the previous record for STM events.
Assistant Director Of Development
Events Director & Volunteer Coordinator, Public Relations & Grants Manager

In 2009, we hosted the most successful golf outing in our history, raising over $18,000. In 2010, we hosted the most successful Dinner Auction in our history at that time, raising over $90,000. I also organized our Alumni Hall of Fame and Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremonies. I was the webmaster for our school's website and I was responsible for creating an e-newsletter each month sent out to our current parents and alumni.
Assistant Theater Director
I assisted in running rehearsals and blocking scenes. I also trained students on how to run the lights and sound for shows, filled all ticket orders, designed ads and created the program for the shows, monitored income and expenses, and provided support in all areas of the theater program. During my time, we performed A Midsummer Night's Dream, Little Shop of Horrors, You Can't Take It With You, Nuncrackers, Les Miserables, You Have the Right to Remain Dead, and Once Upon a Mattress.
Assistant Track And Field Coach
