(50%)- Develop fixture concepts from solid models, sample parts, or blueprints.- Provide cost and time estimates to realize the concept.- Produce BOM documents for purchasing raw material and components.- Use a combination of manual and CNC equipment to produce fixtures.- Produce G-Code programming using CAD-CAM and hand programming methods for production use of the developed fixtures.- Set up and operate the CNC machine to produce first article parts.
