Investment areas includes (1) environment protection conpanies in industries such as steel, chemicals and semi-conductors; (2) smart water and big data analysis partform; (3) operating water assets; (4) smart cities related companies.3. PE/VC investment on private companies related to upstream and downstram of infrastructure industrial chains, covering areas in transportation, airways, logistics, water/environment, etc.4. Public-private partnership (PPP) projects initiation and investment, involving sectors on environment and infrustructure, including water, transportations, industrial parks, etc.5. Skilled at project sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence and project negotiation.

1. Systematically organize and manage the PPP-related policy and reports, forming internal normative documents for the company. 2. Establishing the PPP investment and consulting department as key member. Responsible for PPP consulting project development, and won one project in Guizhou Province.3. Involving in establishing an Industrial Park Development Fund in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. Taking lead in forming the investment and fund raising report; assisting in evaluation and financial assessment of potential projects, as well as fund raising with potential LPs.

Involved in concept design, technical review and consultancy on projects related to municipal/industrial water infrastructures, water resource management, district low carbon development, and smart cities (clients including World Bank, Asia Development Bank, Cities Development Initiative for Asia, Universal Creatives, multi-level Governments and other private companies etc.). 2. Worked as the first Staff Consultant for Asia Development Bank (ADB) in AECOM on several sustainable urban development projects in China; involving cooperation with high-level ministries in PRC, such as Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Finance, and NDRC.3. Project proposal development and design, and won 3 projects for the department.4. Project management and coordination with various project stakeholders including team members, clients, government officials, and social entities, etc., ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Cooperate with various global design teams (GDT, consist of Purdue students) in project development and designs of engineering sustainable solutions for developing countries, such as water purify system in Colombia, irrigation systems in Ghana, etc.; 2. Communicate with Chinese environmental NGOs and academic partners for developing a water-related project in China;3. Responsible for GEP advertising and recruiting, organize many international activities around campus.

Teaching assistant for Fundamental Biology through 1/2011 to 12/2011, fluently taught Biology in English; organized recitation and labs for first-year engineering students; selected by students as the outstanding teaching assistant at the end of the semester;2.
