The fascinating part for me is at the intersection of the two; whereby I'm both hands-on with cutting edge cyber-security tools whilst providing measurable business value to customers. As an experienced pre-sales leader, I spend a significant amount of time and energy helping to coach, develop and mentor my team to be the best they can be. I'm a firm believer that by helping others to develop and grow, you increase your own effectiveness as a leader by making your team more independent and autonomous.When I'm not working, you'll find me relaxing and enjoying life with my wife and two children. When I get a spare moment, Im usually doing something attached to my interest in blockchain and Decentralised Finance.
