CurrentSpecialist provider of Transport Engineering, Highway Engineering and Strategic Advisory Services to government agencies and the private sector. My major contract has involved assisting TMR in writing the 2nd edition of the Road Planning and Design Manual, TMR's road design guidance supplementing the Austroads Guide to Road Design. I provide specialist advise in guidance development to ensure high quality and practical designs meeting TMR's outcomes while optimising economic outcomes. Three separate contracts for TMR, ARRB and AAPA have been undertaken to develop and implement new guidance for the management of traffic at roadworks. As part of these projects I have developed technical guidance, standard contract documentation, training material and delivered awareness presentations to industry. I provided an Independent Expert Review of the Department of Transport (WA) Moving People Network Plan and facilitated workshops for the planning of the Perth Transport Network for Perth at 3.5million.
