Collaborate across business lines to operationalize the organization’s cybersecurity risk appetite.Enable business objective success by providing strategic cybersecurity guidance for projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.Identify, develop, implement, and improve mechanisms to monitor, detect and respond to a cybersecurity events and report on KRI’s and KPI’s.Development and dissemination of Cybersecurity training and awareness across the organization.Develop Incident Response Plan and Teams to ensure consistent and scalable response and ensure continuous improvement / readiness.Lead incident management and establish cross functional incident handling team when an incident occurs.Lead and motivate a remote team of engineers in a dynamic, cross-functional environment including establishing goals, providing coaching, and mentoring to team members, overseeing team member career development, training, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.Provide executive level briefings, presentations, and reports that convey analysis, trends, and defensive strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.Oversee a portfolio of security programs, products, and services.
