Improved time to market by reducing prototype cycle time by 40% while beating budget by 15%.Responsible to develop an executable plan, balancing deliverables such as schedule, system performance, and device utilization and availability, as the CPU representative on the Mid-Range Business Team. Developed, installed and certified reliable and repeatable manufacturing processes using Six-Sigma methodology and tools, and migrated them from R&D line to volume manufacturing. Managed Product and Process Engineering groups responsible for all aspects of manufacturing engineering including product development, process development, product qualification, customer satisfaction and cost. Improved product yield over 500%. Role included ownership of P&L for this new product line. Responsible for pricing, evaluation of customer designs for profitability and manufacturability, determination of number of designs in manufacturing, making quote/no-quote decisions, and customer satisfaction. As technical interface between AlliedSignal and customers, translated customer requirements into manufacturing specifications, and negotiated with customer for acceptance of design changes for manufacturability.

SAP implementation required my inputs on manufacturing decision-making and order fulfillment flows.
