Technology at its core, is supposed to enable people, not set them back.This is the mantra that stuck by me throughout my career as a client expert. I help demystify technology, helping business units and adopters move forward with their digital transformation. I love tailoring solutions to tackle issues that clients face and getting them on-board with the game plan to achieve their desired goals. Coming from a market research background, I’m taught to be data-driven and always testing hypotheses. Naturally curious to investigate numbers, I love to derive useful insights that may uncover new opportunities or fill gaps that were previously undiscovered. My role in Customer Success has also molded me as a customer-centric individual, delivering the perfect solution. After all, there isn’t a “one-size-fits-all plan”, every client and their business issue is unique.Outside of work, I’m an avid pursuer of all things related to tech. I love to understand how companies and start-ups are transforming, shaping our world with AI, e-commerce and fintech.
