•Planned and coordinated events to help students learn more about supply chain outside the classroom. Events were centered around new technologies being used in supply chains such as Blockchain, and Machine Learning.•Organized events bringing in professionals from several industries to give a first-hand perspective of how supply chains and operations management is evolving.•Promoted Six Sigma Green Belt course led by the IISE, to give students more experience in quality assurance and prepare them for the job market after college.

•Led a team of three consultants to generate a market analysis for a Hungarian Investment and Development Group (Xanga Group). Our market research helped Xanga Group analyze market and independent factors before opening a new logistics facility in America.•We researched extensively on macro market trends, new technology adoption, legal restrictions and incentives, and analyzed how COVID-19 has affected the logistics market.•Reported directly to head of CEI with weekly updates on performance and accomplishments with Xanga Group.

•Developed the warehouse inventory tracking system utilizing formulas in Google Sheets and Google Forms. The system planned future orders by collaborating directly with the sales team, as well as accounted for all the inventory currently in the warehouse. •Reduced costs and pollution by altering suppliers for materials, saving up to 372% on the required power supplies that went into each of our router boxes, as well as changing packaging from plastic to biodegradable packaging. •Planned and coordinated team building events for the warehouse workers to boost their morale, and improve their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

•Led a team of six fulfillment workers to reach a target of fulfilling 250 devices a day by facilitating instruction and monitoring their progress. By the end of my internship, the average output was 500 devices a day.•Organized a Six Sigma process through our router-box assembly line, which tripled the output of router-boxes from 4 router-boxes/hour to 12 router-boxes/hour. •Increased our daily efficiency of device output by teaching all fulfillment workers the newly developed set of instructions that I wrote for four different processes (Core 20 Router Box Assembly, Cart Router Box Assembly, Power Supply Assembly, Quality Check to Shipment).
