 Worked at John Deere ISG in a data management, compilation, and auditing role for several different John Deere and subsidiary locations, including three manufacturing plants in Fargo, as well as locations in Mexico, Poland, and India.  Created and updated reports relating to spend, estimated part usage, manufacturing releases, and forecasting while creating, updating, and maintaining instructions and guides related to said reports. Uploaded and audited data from several different John Deere facilities before sending to companywide enterprise system. Worked with a multinational team to update and maintain data standards, while tracking down errors in the process and correcting them. Assisted with tracking and reporting purchase orders and invoices for JDES India. Retrofitted old auditing processes and created new processes to assist with more accurate data reporting and correction.

 Worked during Spring Semester at North Dakota United, the statewide teacher’s union, as an accounts payable intern and Data Entry Intern, as well as assisting with general business office duties. Work included, but not limited to: Entering Accounts Payable Data into QuickBooks Database, managing, organizing, and filing physical and digital document retention and storage, handling weekly batch payments to clients/employees, handling general business duties such as answering phones, assisting with payment questions, and handling billing disputes.

 Managed 10 employees in our physical location, while managing an online store component. Work included: Working with customers, creating schedules, balancing a till and monthly/weekly budget, ordering new inventory, working with outside businesses to create specialized clothing, and handling customer related issues such as refunds, issues with payment, etc. Formulated advertisements for the school store and created promotional plans for future sales, customer opportunities, and special orders.
