Strategic Initiatives role at goodr. Building and maintaining a microsite and communications plan as part of a special project directed at outside partners. Previously on goodr's L&D team defining and organizing culture/learning initiatives for the brand. In my time at goodr I have become a strong believer in the importance of investing in culture and elevating people at a brand. I'm proud to be on a team continuing to develop and support initiatives driven towards challenging the status quo in corporate work. Working at goodr has given me incredible insights into the interior function of a rapidly growing and successful sport product company. To increase my knowledge of sports product and the full product creation process, I graduated from the University of Oregon's Sports Product Management Masters Program. In this program, I had the opportunity to work on a small team to create a sports product. We executed the entire design process from consumer insight research, to sending a complete tech pack to factory for samples and sample revisions, and to developing a multi-year business plan. This experience was further supported by extensive coursework led by industry experts in areas like; sourcing and costing, product line management, product development, consumer research, human physiology and performance, and more. My goal is to work on cutting edge teams looking to revolutionize products and the product lifecycle to bring sustainability to the sports product industry.
