- Worked cross-functionally with internal teams to understand their business and enable effective solution through leading an operational audit and root cause analysis. Using sentiment, regression, and time series analysis, identified key insights that led to the development of standard operating procedures (SOP) used to launch our sustainable e-scooter business within hotels. The SOP resulted in a three-fold increase in ridership and 25% reduction in launch time.- Improved guest feedback sources through developing customer surveys and combining the data gathered with financial, customer and hotel operations records. Using a variety of analytical techniques with both quantitative and qualitative data, developed Power Bi dashboards to identify how to maximize profitability, cashflow and improve operations by identifying risk mitigation strategies including lowering operating costs and identifying potential growth markets. Results from the analysis of customer surveys led to changes in Step Mobility’s pricing model and growth strategy.- Monitored market and consumer trends within the micro-mobility sector using industry publications and internal data sources to assess environmental impact, drive customer acquisition and identify potential growth markets.
