Hey there! My name is Dante Lara. I'm a 25yr old Hispanic Male, originally from Houston Texas. I now live in San Francisco and work in a Doggie Daycare/retail store. I've always wanted to work with animals. When I first moved to the bay area I started working at a gas station. That is where I started improving my customer service skills. About a year or so in I came across the chance of FINALLY working with animals. And yep, you guessed it I TOOK IT! 3+ years later (now) I have moved up in the company. I started as a dog handler and worked hard day in and day out and am now the General Manager. I love my job, and the therapeutic ways it helps me. When I am sad all I have to do is walk to my pack and bam. Within minutes my whole mood changes dramatically. I always have my parents (and by parents I mean the owners of the dogs that I take care of) tell me how I have my ways with dogs. I like to believe its because I actually care for each and every dog that I cross paths with. I take the time to build a strong relationship with each pup so that he/she knows that I will not let anything happen to them and that they can trust me and show them that humans can love just as much as they do. Which is why I always have a smile on my face and why my pups are always at ease and happy when going home. I also share the same passion for music and graphic design. I love just about all kinds of genres. I most definitely appreciate a good melody. I'm also currently a freeIance graphic designer. I have been designing for 10+ years. I've worked with various people. From Indie artists to small businesses and all in between.
