Development and design of database strategies for the State Court of Justice, managing a few terabytes of data from thousands of users of both electronic and traditional lawsuits. Most of work done on Intersystems Cache, but with lots of auxiliar data on MySQL and PostgreSQL. During this time, managed the whole stack of servers used to run the applications, including Apache Web and Tomcat servers.

The governmental office is the equivalent of a State Supreme Court on United States. Helped the creation of the company PMO, Project Management Office, as branch of the company’s IT Governance Group, and, during this period, managed to bring to all 150+ members of the IT Department the culture of project management. Managed the deployment of Microsoft’s EPM software solution on the whole company (3000+ employees), now being updated with more than 30 strategic projects and 50+ IT-related projects.

Manages a 2500+ workstations network and 40+ servers for the brazilian equivalent of a State Court of Justice. Developed alone, by lack of human resources, a complete support ticket system for internal use on Ruby on Rails, while assuring the services were all online. Makes performance adjusts on servers and applications to hold the increasing bandwidth and concurrent requests demand. Working on a project to migrate the user base from MySQL to an LDAP infrastructure allowing users to experience single-signon. Helps maintaining the database servers online, performing DBA-related jobs on Intersystems Cachè, PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Work on the website of the company, developing compeling new features for the visitors of the company. Coding with Ruby on Rails.

Worked together with two more developers to build complete Ruby on Rails application for United Indoor Soccer, allowing customers to rent fields online for playing soccer, making parties and take classes. Participated on the efforts to rebuild the website from stretch, using Agile Development techniques and Test Driven Development.

Developed the schools first website, with corporate info and updated it weekly with news from the school, interesting events for children and the students newspaper "Nossa Voz" (Our Voice).
